In our setting, we recognise that safeguarding and promoting children's welfare are of utmost importance and that everyone shares this responsibility. We remain vigilant regarding any issues or concerns in a child's life, whether at home or elsewhere, and uphold a child-centered approach at all times. We ensure that all staff members are current with statutory training and are promptly informed of any updates during training sessions.
