During your visit, we will be able to discuss your childcare requirements with you and provide you with the most up-to-date information about our current and upcoming availability. Please be aware that availability can vary depending on children's ages, session requirements and spaces becoming available.

When a space becomes available, we find that the quickest and easiest way to contact families is usually by text message. If the contact details we hold are incorrect or out of date, you may miss the opportunity to be offered a valuable place.
If you are added to our waitlist, it is important that you attend your arranged visit or contact us if you are unable to attend.
If you do not attend your visit and do not contact us, we will assume that you no longer require a place and your details will be removed from our waitlist.
